Why We Created The Riddle Ledger

Leadership teams rarely need more information. They need better questions. The Riddle Ledger collects observations on organisational performance, growth, governance and complexity, drawn from published research and direct professional observation rather than from a proprietary method.

The purpose is not to teach a methodology. It is to describe what happens inside organisations as they grow, and to ask the questions that description raises. The six topics below are not a curriculum and not sequential. Start wherever your own situation points.
